Lodge Hotel Kühlungsborn

The Lodge Hotel is a small, exclusive boutique hotel located in the famous seaside resort of Heiligendamm. The Lodge is an oasis of peace and relaxation for both couples and families. It is just a short walk through an exclusive forest path to the beautiful Baltic Sea. The stylish KOSI Restaurant, featuring a wine cellar and an open fireplace, is located directly within the hotel. The popular Deck Beach Club in Heiligendamm is only a short bike ride away from the Lodge Hotel.



Booking & Availability

How can I book a room?

You can book your room directly through our website – there you can see all available rooms and the current daily rates. Alternatively, you can book via booking.com or send us an email.

Can I book by phone?

Please send us an email with the following information:

  • Arrival and departure date

  • Number of guests

  • Your phone number

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum stay?

During the high season and on holiday weekends, the minimum stay is usually 2 to 3 nights. In the low season, single-night stays are also possible.

Are last-minute bookings possible?

Yes. If rooms are available, you can also book on the day of arrival – online until 4:00 PM.



Check-In & Check-Out

When is check-in?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.

How does check-in work?

We use a self check-in system.
On the day of arrival, you will receive an email with:

  • Your access code

  • Instructions for entering the property

  • All important information

If you have not received an email, please contact us directly.

I didn’t receive an email with the access code – what should I do?

Please first check your spam folder.
If you cannot find the email there, please call us at +49 38293 476544 – we will assist you immediately.

I will arrive after 10 PM – is that possible?

Yes. Thanks to our self check-in system, arrival is possible at any time.

When is check-out?

Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Is a late check-out possible?

A late check-out until 3:00 PM is possible depending on availability for an additional fee of 40,00 €.



Payment & Cancellation

What are the cancellation policies?

The cancellation policies depend on the rate you have booked.
In most cases, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit card (EC card)

  • Credit card (Visa & Mastercard)

  • Cash payment

How far is the beach?

The beach is about a 5-minute walk away.



Rooms & Amenities

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not allowed at our hotel.

Are baby cots available?

No, we do not provide baby cots.

Is there a minibar?

Some rooms are equipped with a minibar. You can find the details in the respective room description.



Breakfast & Restaurant

Is breakfast included?

Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate you have booked.
You can add breakfast at any time for 20,00 € per person.

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
On Sundays, a seasonal brunch is offered depending on the time of year.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, the TIPSI Kühlungsborn restaurant is directly connected to the hotel and offers breakfast, drinks, and relaxed, uncomplicated cuisine.

Do I need to reserve a table?

Yes, especially during the high season we recommend reserving a table, which you can do online.
